After this battle I was sure that wars are over. No one can start war aginst other side etc.

I don't know what you mean by "start war", but Zeus can declare another regional battle against Mycenae at some time before the current regional battle schedule (~17:00), but that battle will happen 4 days later.

Any faction can continue to attack/invest at anytime to gain FOR.
