Ultimate Trader/Hoard List helps your League/Faction keep track of what Trader a player has, where is that player located, and what mines/farms are hoarded. There is also a place where you can enter Area Battles Schedules for easy viewing. All of this done with very little maintenance, and little effort.

Ultimate Trader/Hoard List is for For All Servers and all factions:

How it works:
For the Trader List, everyone update their traders and location on the page (First come stay on top of the list)
For the Hoardsheet, every time you take a mine/farm, you click on a button that will start a countdown timer for your mine. Other people should not take that spot. This list contain all areas and zones, and is much better than any spreadsheets or other solution.

• Anti-sabotage: not allowed to seize other people's spot, not allowed to seize more than a number of spots.
• Adjustable occupation duration; Auto set default duration for farms with Farming Supervision level.

Instructions

1. Go to http://sols9.com/batheo/System/ServerSelection.php and fill the Server, Faction fields.

2. Choose a PIN: a random number less than 4 digits. You won't have to memorize this number and there is no need to type this number anywhere.

3. Click Submit button.

You will go to a url like this: "http://sols9.com/batheo/System/CitySelection.php?Server=0&Faction=1&Pin=1111"
That is the private sheet link for your League/faction. You should shorten that url with (http://goo.gl/) to something like this: tinyurl.com/6pjekt7.

4. You need to share that page with everyone in your league/faction. You can paste that link (tinyurl.com/6pjekt7) in league/faction chat and notice, and send a league mail like:

Once your faction has implemented this sheet, there is no need to go to "Server Selection" page, since you should directly open "City Selection" page in one click from your link (bookmarked) (ex: tinyurl.com/6pjekt7).

Why not simply use "No hoarding rules"?

No hoarding rule is not a solution!
Hoarding any 2 low yield mine/farm gives as much or 2x-4x more drach/crops than what the top player gets by occupying top mine/farm.
Without hoarding, any player need to occupy mines/farms 2x to 4x as long to get as much as a player gets in a faction with safe hoarding system.
Players can fill 100k+ crops in 8 hours with hoarding, the rest of the time, farms are not needed and empty.
Do you spend more time on looking through several signatures to find who is hoarding what or who has what trader?

With this current advanced and improving management system, the game remains fun for everyone while getting the maximum out of mines, farms and refines.

I'm not attempting to sabotage the sheet, I was the one that set it up for my faction on s41 I do however log many of my players in during the day to help them and if it is a hex time I will seize farms/mines for them.
However the problem I am currently having is that I tabbed to the wrong server and stole one of my member's farms, in an attempt to correct my actions I dropped the farm and retook it from his acct but now am not able to adjust the hoarded time.

I'll rework the security system this week.

I had left it un-hoarded but still felt bad that he initially had it hoarded before I hit him.

I set it up as per instruction, but the header shows a different server then the one typed in. I put S37 and Shows S0...

You need cookies enabled and the link you share must contain ?Server=##...

How do we keep several people from setting up a list for, using my faction as an example, S9 Athena? If someone doesn't see the notification that one's been set up and comes to set one up, is there a warning that one already exists?
Will there be a list of lists so we can find if one's been created for our faction yet?

Your faction and/or League need to be coordinated and agree on which link to use.

There will not be any "Server already created..."

I have found that there are several links pointing to the old site batheo.net.net
One of the links I found is the one that points to the drop list without the images. There are more but I can't remember which ones.

Just thought I would let you know so that the code can be examined and fixed.
