Did the enchant failure rate increase or didn't change after the Nov 18 partial/minor update?

In the complete 140 update, bountiful enchant not longer gives negative stats (not in Batheo).
Is the enchant fail rate increased in that 140 update?

Yes, there is probably a hidden PG for enchant, but did the overall fail rate increase?

I am still using the max - yes i see others get luck with lots of stats for not much but i am not playing the lottery!!

I do use a test go, to test the water, with min gems on a small gemmed item, otherwise i pile in and hope for the best with max gem amount - if i can i persuade another league mate to go first *evil grin*

I think i had my luck getting a Mol from 0 to +39 on 900 gems!
