So, I looked and did not see a thread on this but I have 2 combo ballistae (blue + ele) and 116 gems at the moment. I go to the area where you upgrade and even though it shows 2 in the drop down area, there is a 0 next to the picture on the right. I do have both of them bound and assume that is the issue. Wanted to see if anyone else had seen this to confirm or I will be back in 3 days (sigh) and confirm it for others that may encounter this in the future.
