I found the facebook guide for this, not very good, so I've posted my own:
Level 110 maps:
Tartarus:
Rhea: Her unit is Titan Axe which has a high block rate. Her battle magic is Troop-Recovering Attack which is continous and heals herself with half the damage she did to the enemy. Good for PvP and PvE until level 130 maps
Cronus: Best bugler there is, not much else to say. Good for PvP and Pv3
Ragnarok:
Heimdall: His unit is Titan Goliath which has the highest block rate in the game. When he does his countinous battle magic, Counterattack, he goes into a blocking frenzy until his morale is lowered. It is nearly impossible to pass Lost Temple without him. Good for Pv3, not so much for PvP, good only for level 130 maps
Hel: His unit is Elf Archer and he is not a widely reccomended hero. His unit can crit and counterattack. His battle magic is Infernos which is continous and like all post-faction maps battle magics, is 60% valor, 40% spirit. Bad for PvP and PvE
Sult: Very highily recommended. His unit is Odin's Cavalry. His battle magic is Dragon's Howl which is a continous, Strike in Column. He has a very high dodge rate and has a small crit rate. Great for PvP and PvE until level 150 maps
Level 120 maps:
Beyond the Desert:
Edjo: Her unit is Edjo's Guard. She has a high dodge rate and her battle magic is Storming Attack. It is like Infernos except is has a chance to stun the enemy. Ok for PvP
Valkyries Rage:
Mist: Her unit is Murk Mages, they are elementals who attack in a column with about a 70% hit rate.
Thrud: Her unit is Thunderballistas who are mechs. They attack in a line and can crit. Ok for PvP
Skuld: Her unit is Sacred Knights and they have a fair block rate. Her battle magic is Shadow Raid, it is like Infernos but has a chance to do double damage. Good for PvP.
Level 130 maps:
Chilly Mountain: No Mercenaries
Lost Temple:
Isis: Hybrid mage who does half valor and half element damage. Her unit is Anubis's Messengers and they have a 70% hit rate. Good for PvP and PvE but only for Zeusians who don't have Mist.
Nut: Hybrid mech who does half valor and half spirit damage. Her unit is Sphinx's Chariots. She is a single targeted mech. Bad for PvP and PvE
Anubis: Must have, possibly forever. His unit is Camel Riders and they have the highest dodge rate in the game. His battle magic is Stardust's Wrath, a continous Sacred Stardust. Great for PvP and PvE
Level 140 maps:
Wonderful Adventure of Nils: No mercenaries.
Olympia:
Curetes: His unit is Poet which heals. He heals alot more than healing priests but only does it to one unit, the one with the least health.
Oneomaus: His unit is Heteroi who have a fair dodge rate. He does a continous Strike in Line, no one knows what it is called.
Iphitos: His unit is Golden Pezhetairioi who have a fair block rate. His battle magic is All-Out Ambuscade and you probably already know what that is.
Level 110 maps:
