So now we know it's not just +10% success +10% transmute that matters but it matters who has this bonus. I can only assume it is based on player level. [Although alchemist level might be the factor; I don't know.]

So if a level 130 has +10 transmute and a level 100 has +10 transmute, then you should get a bigger bonus from the level 130 guy. Anyone know for sure how it works?
Well , group bonus is more complicated, but when refining alone, I get a flat -3% on both success and transmutation, regardless of item level.

what are your bonuses? +6 item level?
+3 item level

Actually, I get -2 % flat on top of my bonuses, when Solo in group.

Can you explain why you have +16 success +5 transmute but get +14 success +8 transmute?

My alt has +20 success +0 trans +2 items and he gets +20 success +0 trans.
Hello!

I leveled my alchemist to lv 41 + 3 item lv.

Now I get 1% below what I had before:

I have +3 +3 +5 +5 success. +5 Transmute + 3 item lv on 4 alchemists. 5th on is in training.

Now I leveled my alchemist to lv 42 + 3 item.

I still have the same bonus as when I was lv 41. You think bonus depends on assembly level or alchemist lvl?

Both lv 41 and lv 42 are at lv 122 assembly.
Here's another one for you to analyze:
