Garden of Hesperides in Dispute of Golden Apple map.

Updated for Version 4.0

NPCs are at fixed position everytime I believe.

Take the shortest path + sweep and you can get GoW easy. You cannot choose to attack from flank anymore.

OLD NPC Positions for Version 1.0 to 3.0

The path will give you a finishing time of 3:33-3:40 with little effort. It is important to note there is a difference between attacking from the front, and from the flank: a flank attack will give you a 10% attack bonus.

The circles marked in green (Hespera, Mesembria, and Hesperis) will all be flank attacks, which will minimize your troop loss.
