Came to a conclusion: It's able to reach lvl 130 even almost depending on prestige heroes.

a red cloak 4530 shield +36spirit] 2 red cloaks 3580 shield +37 +35 spirit ]
a max red mount +37 spirit ]
a max purple mount +40 spirit] a purple weapon 1732 hit +29 valor]

I tried 3 times to beat Siegfried with a full-HP Hera ,but obviously i failed ,and then change to half-HP Hera .although with a half HP Hera, I failed for twice until the third try that i won by good luck

Can't get past Vale ,but all the reports looks great thanks for sharing..
