I'm having trouble in viewing BR from chinese site, anyone got the same problem?

It just stop at Green background with those usual links on top of the screen. I used to be able to view all those BR from chinese site but not anymore

Can anyone tell me how these tournaments work ? the players of the first link are in lvl range from 124 to 140, the second link 110 to 120 and the third link lvl130 players only.
and are the prices on all of these the same (purp horn) ?
