Enhancement bonus - InfernoRT - 12-23-2011
Anybody know what this does? I've clicked on it and nothing happens.

u dont click on it. if u're not at least a vip3, it'll be greyed out and not functional. if u're vip3 or higher, it's automatically activated when u enhance, and gives u a chance to get a +2 item grade instead of the normal +1.
