Which is great! But where do the contributions from levy go? Nowhere? Pluton's acct? :-)

You do not get contribution anymore when all techs are maxed.
Host with 3-4 mil contribution drop to 500k and below pretty quickly. Then you will see inactive with 1.9-1mil contributions stay #1,2,3,4,5, etc League contributors forever.

Contribution from levy is just a message, like everything else. Your actual contribution does not increase.
