Obviously a very close and thrilling victory; but unfortunately, I think is the exception that proves the rule. It couldn't have gotten much easier for me: Only 2 NPCs, no enemy mages, no enemy buglers and no dodged or Rallied Mutiny Outbreaks. So I think the 2nd legion probably isn't possible without purple equipment, which requires Lv 63.

Used Crius yet again, with all equipment maxed to (G7)4. Won on first try. Obviously had quite a bit of luck with Cadmus, blocking his hammer phalanxes before they could start firing sally outburst.

Got to admit, haven't been taking this run all that seriously, mainly because of lack of teammates at DieSupport's Lv + 9. But, after leveling up to 71, teammates are no longer an issue because I can just take advantage of the Lv 80 campers who are deep into Tartarus/Ragnarok and more than strong enough to wipe this map with ease. Got 3 wins yesterday while at M50 and stuck in faction maps, all at M50. In all three, I intentionally picked DieSupport's position so as to fight the legion boss.

All beaten on first try. Even got Eris despite absolutely awful choice of position that didn't let Dionysus fire Mutiny Outbreak even once.
Domination in Turmoil is certainly possible with one hero at Lv 71; after all, I did it at 69. However, I'm not sure it's doable with an Ares kill at this level, due to 3x Sally Outburst. If it is, it's bound to be a much tougher challenge. So while I was able to swat the last three legions at hero lv 70, ren lv 71, I'm waiting for hero lv 71, ren lv 72 to even attempt Domination in Turmoil.

Lost and won on first try. As in lost the fight to Ares, but won the battle because this battle has only 7 enemies, so one of my teammates was able to pick up the slack. Would have been nice to beat the boss. Oh well... Not like I can try again, even if I wanted.

Total victory on first try. Only build here that's potentially a problem for one hero here is Aporia's due to dancer + stun, but she just didn't have enough raw power.
Going to hold off on leveling up for just a little longer. Not so sure I'm going to go for an outright win over Master of Souls; but I would like to give it a fair hearing, which I didn't have enough divs to do.

No go for Master of Souls, in any of the three positions. Both Positions 1 (Cerberus + Achlus + Persephone) and Position 3 (Iapetus + Aeacus) look like they might be possible, but only with extraordinary runs of luck. Finishing Wrath of Gods at Lv 71 wasn't explicitly part of my plans anyway, so I'm going to let this go and move up to 72. But since I don't like leveling up after a defeat, here's the most impressive "win" I did get:

Speaking of plans, there may need to be a modification... It was my intention to get Eurybia at Lv 72. But her increased defense and stun-happy build may make that impossible (although Dionysus' near total inability to crit didn't help either).

Still no win, or even a Narrow Lose, against Master of Souls despite upgrading to Lv 72 and improving Dionysus' wash to +92(Max)/+91/+92(Max). Persephone's fire mage hits like a train; yet I'm forced to put Dionysus all the way in the bottom because of Achlus' water mage + rallying dryad... Not going to pass without a lot of fire mage fails.
EDIT: Ok, did get one Narrow Lose today. But as you can see, it still wasn't super-close. Persephone attacking first is really a big disadvantage, as you can see, as it allowed that fire mage to fire twice in a row near the end. Still would have needed at the very least 1, if not 2, crucially timed fire mage fails to win that battle.

Total number of tries is quite large (on the rough order of 100). Tried first at Lv 71, then Lv 72 before finally getting the win at Lv 73. But not that many tries at Lv 73, maybe just 10-15. The majority of my efforts had been concentrated on Dionysus and Position 1; but Dionysus was in ren during this time and Crius came through for me in Position 3 instead. The Iapetus fight could have gone better with that enemy dodge near the end, but could (and usually does) have been much worse. Obviously, needed a ton of blocks and Aeacus' team to not sing crit, crit, criiiiiittttttt like it usually does.
And so ends the first pre-Tartarus map. Leveled up to 74 after this win.
