Wondering if 5 spies from my faction in 1 city could result in AB launch from other faction. 4 spies plus 1 non-spy?
Is the 20% gain from AB launch/win still in effect? or was that changed in update? Launch/lose result also the same?

Gain 20-40% FOR when winning AB.
Lose 20-40% FOR when losing AB.

Irregardless of whether you are Attacker or defender.

Spies count toward player count in Cities.
