Can anyone help us to understand the direction we are heading in beyond the current new patch?
I ask because it is clear that we need to understand what to invest in.
Currently we have most people running 2 x Valor, 2 x Spirit, 2 x Ele sets which are gemmed.
However, it is clear that to support mages there is only jord and the line strike fire mage to be introduced. Surely at some point the thunderstorm mage and mist become untenable? Mr B has opted for a 3 mage approach but this requires gemming an entirely new element set - quite an outlay! However, it does allow situational use of the poet or isis + jord + 3rd mage.
For the BM route its clear there is quite a few heroes using horses - odin, anubis, lui chang (or similar spelling). Therefore double kylin looks on the cards with possible transition to purple cloaks (again at great gem expense - but required by when?)
Valor gemming likewise is pretty bad amongst most players and a move to a 3rd set looks likely when anubis / odin / dual mage or 3rd dual hero enters the mix - any idea when by? Ditto i can see Odin wanting much better valor gemming to get the most out of him.
All advice welcomed on future direction and gemming as it difficult to see whether just to improve current gear or embark on a new set (2nd kylin with purple cloak or 3rd ele set) as we head towards 170.
