Dont need either of them, Hel or Skuld.
Skuld's BM is weak and Ono is available later as a better BM with same mage tank qualities.
Consider also using Ophion (zeus cyclone) or similar heroes to tank mages, Cronus can do it also. You just need to use a cheap ele set (unchanted red book and red horn to around +50-70) to keep the mage dmg down.
