If the picture is on your computer
After you click "New thread" or "New Reply", click "TinyPic Plugin".

Click "Browse", and choose the picture that you want to upload.
Click "UPLOAD NOW" green button.
Wait a moment and you will get a link like this:
Copy and paste that link in your post to the place where you want your image to appear.
(Do not click "Insert into post" because it will do nothing!)
If the picture is on the internet
Simply click "Insert Image" and paste the link of the image in the pop-up.
