The Ultimate HoardSheet is very straightforward, easy and fast to use.
Before you seize a mine/farm:
Please look into this Hoardsheet , to see if the mines/farms are hoarded or not.
1. Pick the city, then the zone where you want to seize a mine/farm: Mines are in zone 1, farms are in zone 2+ (choose the zone where your city is placed for farms!)
Example: You are in Cydonia, Zone 4, then the farm you use is Zone 4, the mine is Zone 1.
Note: Factions with private hoardsheet, bookmarked link do not have to pick server and faction.
When you see a 0:00:00, it means the mine/farm is unoccupied (in the hoardsheet). You can seize that mine/farm in game.
After you seize and hoard a mine/farm:
2. Click the Seize button on the mine/farm you have hoarded. The countdown timer will indicate what mine/farm is occupied, and when how long it will stay occupied.
Optional: For Leagues without Farming Supervision tech maxed:
To enter custom remaining time, hover over the mine/farm box, type in the remaining time IN MINUTES, in the input field at the right of seize button.
Now that you have logged the mine/farm you have hoarded, other players should not seize your mine/farm and waste divinities. (Share the link with those that don't know about your faction's hoardsheet)

Factions/League leaders and players in charge of the faction and willing to implement this hoardsheet,
see How to set up the private Trader/Hoard List for your League/Faction
One faction should use 1 Trader/Hoard List and share the link of your hoardsheet in faction chat, league mail, etc...

Everyone can get double amount of drachmas/crops without any conflicts if the Hoardsheet is used.
Active players are all very likely to use the Hoard List. In less than a week, almost all players will look at the hoardsheet!
