Rainbow bridge testing for +50 point -
Thialfi thunder mage dmg against;
300 ele = 9000 (150% dmg point)
344 ele = 5828 (normal dmg point)
351 ele = 5370
359 ele = 5285 (was hoping this would be 125% dmg out / 75% dmg in but didnt quite work)
364 ele = 4800
(+25 must be in the middle here)
369 ele = 4208
374 ele = 4101
382 ele = 3700 (odd spike to 4000)
384 ele = 3364 (think this is past +50 as its my Eurotas who is dealing 5400-5700)
385 ele = 3000
387 ele = 2641
As you can see unless you intend to take obscene mage dmg then its crucial to gem high and gem well. I enclose some very different ways to beat Thialfi as an example from my server - just observe the damage taken to see.
I would personally recommend a 3rd ele set at this point purely for tanking in (use on cronus, ophion or skuld / ono). You can see the huge variation in damage for yourself - my own 3rd set with a good gem town took me 5 days - a good long term investment and a set i may put on a triple washed odin later.
