Recruiting heroes after faction maps (Poseidon)

It's not a coincidence that Maia, Lotis, Syrinx, Aether are all archers and really good heroes.

With this is mind has anyone had any success using Hel for PvE or PvP? Any Battle Reports on her?

I skipped past her due to her having slightly lower base stats and because I thought Sult would be a much better recruit. However after spending 125 divs and not able to recruit Sult, I moved ahead on the map and got Edjo instead.
