How can we lose levels of technology??

destroy of academy may lost of technology???

No, you can not lose Tech levels.

If you upgrade your tech to the max lv the academy will hold, and then your academy gets nuked down a few levels, you still have the high tech level, but you can't upgrade any other tech until the academy is rebuilt.

i.e.
1) Academy lv100, Magic Pen is lv99.
2) Academy destroyed to lv95... Magic Pen is still lv99.

You can not get Magic Pen 100 until the Academy is built to lv100.
