Hoard List/putting players names on farms and mines

Is there a way that each players name appears on the mine when it is seized and hoarded? We are trying to cut down on the problems of players taking multiple farms and mines.

Make players type their name each time they take a mine? That would be too much trouble.

Make accounts and a login system? Players won't register (We can use a separate hoardsheet and use the names on this forum if you have enough people from your faction using this sheet)

Make players type their name once when they visit the site? There are Some/Many people playing several accounts and/or playing several servers with different names and/or also multi account...

If you think a players is abusing this hoardsheet, we can check.

If you have a limit of 1 mine per player, is there a way you can get the names of players? Do you want 1 mine per IP? Do you have that many players using the sheet?

Players are limited to 2 mines, 2 farms and we never had any problem with no mine left (spread players in 3-5 cities). Hoarding 2 lowest yield spot still gives much more than any 1 spot non hoarded, so can't complain

Typing the name each time would be fine. Some players help each other take care of accounts so multiple uses per IP address. We do have a large number of active players currently using the Ultimate Hoard sheet.

Ability to add the name of mine/farm owner added
