Do the new gear frags exist or are they just written there

Yes the new gear does exist. The lone 165 player on my server has started to get the new Cloaks.
Here is a report to show it http://b9.clapalong.com/?fid=N201304242793929 Now I know why I am glad I did not commission 5 zeus cloaks when everyone else was on my server. |
