My motivation was a fellow player that was several maps behind caught up to me and had passed by 1 NPC while I was waiting for Anubis to finish training. Now I passed many of the other players that were ahead of me and for lack of better words they are envious of my accomplishment considering 6 months ago I was a full mage buyild stuck at the end of Valkyries' Rage.
