Everyday, at 20:00 server time, you will loss some league contribution.
The league contribution you loss is about 3% per day.
However, Gold contribution when you upgrade league badge (converted to drachmas contribution) does not decrease.
The contribution loss does not depend on League rank or title, only your amount of drachmas contribution.

League contribution stop degrading if you are not in the top 31, but also stop if you are inactive.
You are inactive once you have been off for a full 24 hr day thru a 2nd reset. (splat)
