After 101+, you should ren until the next ren lvl is 4-9 below your assembly lvl, u may choose to ren again for max TG.

Remember: Max troop grade gained per renascence = random between [5-9 level] OR [Assembly Level - Renascence level]
(whichever is the lowest!)


AVOID:
-Doing renascence when there is very little level gap between your ren level and Assembly level. (It will cause you to gain minimum TG)


Most renascence should be done when you are lv 87+ with 2 maxed Training Ground. (Save transcendences until you max 2 Training Grounds)
This way you can train your hero back to high level more than twice faster.

If you're capping your level at 80, that's another story... (not recommended).
