Would this mean loss of new building and non-refunding of costs?

Or 80% loss of resale value?

fatigue is 1% for every two attacks after the 50th attack. It resets after being sent home. (for example, if you have launched 98 attacks since last being sent home you will have 24% attack and defense penalty)

for development zones, if you get sent home or relocate you will lose 80% of what you paid to start construction.

In further updates, is there anyway for Vip3- getting red horns besides map 140b rewards?? As I saw some1 posting he's only lv 130 with one red horn, not complete 140b yet of course. Or is it a glitch for Vip3- getting redhorn? He's Vip0 of course
