I still have a doubt. When the arm degrades, degrades also a part of that% not just the "normal" grade. So we r ok with the fails because on the long turn it's for the best, but we can't say the same about the degrades right? In numbers, like you did, for example: g4 0.12% the fail and degrade of the arm leads to g3 0.9.
