If your item has a 1% chance of dropping, it will always be 1% on every single attempt.
It's not any more likely to drop on the 50th attempt or the 500th attempt, it's still 1%. Every. Single. Time.
In other words, drop rates are not cumulative. If you have a drop rate of 10%, you don't run something 10 times and get guaranteed to get it. You have a 10% chance each time that it will drop. Your previous chances do not affect future chances.
Your Chance Over Multiple Attempts Increases
Even though your chance on each single attempt always remains the same, the probability of getting your drop over the course of multiple attempts increases.
That why we keep doing it and keep doing it, and eventually our persistence is rewarded. Sometimes you'll get lucky, and sometimes you'll get unlucky, and the more you try the better your odds are overall. But the chance will never be 100%. It's never guaranteed.
How to Calculate it for Yourself
The formula to calculate your drop chance ( x ) over any given number of runs ( y ) is this:
Code:
1 - ( ( 1 - x ) ^ y )
Disclaimer: There is absolutely no guarantee that Batheo uses % drop rates.
In fact, there could be a drop quota, and the drops are pre-assigned to the 5th, 18th win on each NPC or whatever. I am saying this because there was a pattern on full Laevateinn drops from HL2: that item would drop on one member of our faction, then after a regular amount of time, drop on the other faction, then on the 3rd faction. We would then expect the next Full Leavateinn to drop on one member of our faction.
Armament function becomes visible once you get your first fragments
You have to complete a whole armament 5/5 to see the option in the armory.
You can then go to equipment and you will see the armament screen then you can equip it.

Once you have completed the armament (gathered all 5 frags):
1) click on Troops button
2) click on Equipment tab
3) click the Armament button (this is where your groups armament)
4) click the open slot
5) click the Equip button
Optional) click on the image for full description of the armament.
To enhance the armament to the next level, you'll need:
a) a non-white armament (white can't be upgraded)
and b) a second complete (yes, 5 more frags) armament
and c) 100 gems
To get there, look at the first pic I posted... see the ENHANCE button just to the right of the slot we clicked earlier?
It brings up this screen:
This screen tells you what you need to do the enhance, and the stats to expect if its successful (i.e. Grade 0 Topaz is +300 spirit shield, but Grade 1 gets you +450 spirit shield).
---
to enhance an arnament:
1. it has to be blue+
2. you need same arnament 2 times(1 to try the enhance on and 1 to sacrifice)
3. you need 100 gems to sacrifice
4. the sacrificed arnament is not allowed to be binded
5. there is a chance you fail to enhance. on fails you lose the 1 arna and the 100 gems. chances about 50/50 i think
6. after levels 4 on fail it also could be degraded
Cyclone Mage's damage is fixed to 15%, hit rate is also fixed, not matter the wash/TG/level/book.
(Require no book, no wash for attack)
When a cyclone hits a target (all enemies are targeted, but only ~25-30% hit/success rate), they lose 15% of their troops right before they attack for 3 rounds. Once a target is hit there is no stopping it, regardless of whether the mage lives or dies.
If a target is hit again when it is already in "poison/deserting" mode (purple fog):
The 3 rounds don't stack... but they do reset to 3 more rounds
Also, if the hero is stunned (by say a Thunderstorm, Thunderbolt, or Sunstorm mage) and in CHAOS, they don't lose any troops when its their turn... the CHAOS just expires and they skip a turn... but you also don't lose one of your 3 affects. So if you inflict CHAOS and DESERTING at the same time, the chaos happens first... then 3 rounds of deserting after that.
This is what I always believe what makes people be on top. With playing efficient, you could bypass any VIP players and be stronger than them (except VIP10 who spends 10k$USD continuously). Remember this game is keep going (no level restriction). If you reach lvl 110 faster, you will bully lvl 100. By the time they reach lvl 110, you should reach lvl 111 (passing another campaign) or at least having lvl 110 maxed. You will always be stronger. The incremental in DS is exponentially. Therefore, the more you stay in that level (don't want to level up), the more you will be left behind.
Try to you enhance only what you need to enhance. Try not missing any SMW. Dont waste drachmas!!
Train only useful heroes!! If you think you will ditch him, dont spend too much on him (like max renn or double wash or such).
Anyway, all of these could be achieve without playing 24/7. Just go online for elite reset (for legion battle and elite) and determine when the crop/refine price will be high. Crop move about ~0.7 per 30 minutes. So, just estimate when it will be high and then online for 1 minutes to sell Crops and then go off ^^
Lastly, do make friends and enjoy the game
When you have difficulties, go to forum and try find a solution.
Hope some of you could benefit for reading all of these ^^
Double washing for NON-VIP by Ruzzenwarz (Dynasty Saga):
1. Only wash until you get 1 best status.
For example : your hero stats str +30 / BRV + 34 / INT + 3 you wash and get STR + 35 / BRV + 36 / INT + 1 << this time to replace your stat and don't wash again in this general!
2. If you wash your hero until 10++ time and can't get higer stats before . STOP wash and try this next day!
3.After you get best stats on your hero, you can hardly to get best stats again, but you can get best stats on other hero!!
This is only my experience which I can tell to you!!
Example:
---
My PZ stats before STR+16, BRV+94, INT +1 and i do enlight for 3 days and get stats STR+38, BRV+97, !NT+5.
i need +- 60k BP to do that!!
i do doble enlight on my LB stat since my LB stats STR and BRV +- 30!!
1.) The higher the enchant the lower the success rate. Higher chance that u fail at >+30, than <+20
2.) I still believe there's a hidden pg%, it might not grant a 100% success rate but at least it does give a higher % at succeeding as compared to enchanting blindly and hoping for random luck.
3.) Purple gear is a lot harder to enchant than red gear.
4.) If u fail and get a -2.. stop enchanting for that pg%. odds are that you'll fail again.
5.) If u really cant get pass +10.. then u might want to try 2nd option instead of purely relying on 1st option. what works for others might not necessarily work for u. for instance.. on one account i got my purple gear to >+30 with ONLY 1st option. on another account i couldn't get pass +20 with 1st option, i kept failing back to +10 or lower. after wasting tons of gems I gave up n just used 2nd option, and finally got >+30. (i strongly believe some accounts are more lucky than others, period)
6.) use a junk item to test the hidden PG%, don't enchant your main item straight away
7.) be patient and have self control. do not spam non-stop especially when you're on a failing streak
Ultimately.. I believe luck > technique for enchanting. All too often even if I get 2x or 3x +3s in a row on a junk item with 1st option when testing luck, i'll then proceed to get -2 on my main item. some people just hit max enchant by spamming 1st or/and 2nd option, because they're lucky enough. some people go from +30 to +20 instead... I went from +20 to +0 when i lost my temper and just clicked 1st option blindly lol.
